These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements concluded through the Puissance online store.
2. Applicability
By placing an order through the online store, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions apply to consumers and, where applicable, to business customers, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Products and Offers
Puissance makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, sizes and other product information are displayed as accurately as possible. Minor differences in colour or appearance may occur depending on the customer's screen or device.
Offers are valid while stocks last and subject to the terms and conditions stated with the relevant offer.
4. Prices
All stated consumer prices include applicable VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Any delivery charges or other additional costs will be clearly displayed before the order is placed.
Puissance reserves the right to change prices and offers. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been correctly placed and confirmed.
5. Orders and Formation of the Agreement
Orders are placed through the online store. After placing an order, the customer will receive an electronic order confirmation.
The agreement is concluded once Puissance has confirmed the order.
Puissance reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases such as an obvious pricing error, insufficient stock or suspected fraudulent activity.
6. Payment
The payment methods available will be displayed during the checkout process.
Orders will be processed once payment has been successfully received, unless another payment arrangement has been agreed for the relevant order.
7. Delivery
Puissance delivers to the countries available in the online store at the time of ordering.
The estimated delivery time will be communicated during the checkout process or in the order confirmation.
Puissance will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the indicated timeframe. In the event of a delay, the customer will be informed where possible.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
For consumers, online purchases are generally subject to a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer, receives the product.
During this period, the customer may withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason, subject to the applicable statutory exceptions.
The conditions, procedure and any costs relating to returns are set out in the Returns and Refund Policy of Puissance.
The product must, insofar as reasonably possible, be handled with care and returned in accordance with the conditions of the applicable returns policy.
9. Refunds
Where a return is correctly accepted, the amount due will be refunded in accordance with the applicable Returns and Refund Policy.
Refunds will be made in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.
10. Legal Guarantee
Puissance respects the statutory guarantee applicable to consumers.
If a product is defective or does not conform to the agreement, the consumer is entitled to the statutory remedies applicable under the relevant legislation. For new goods, EU law generally provides for a minimum statutory guarantee period of two years.
The statutory guarantee does not cover damage resulting solely from incorrect use, normal wear and tear, or use that does not comply with the applicable instructions, insofar as permitted by law.

Puissance will handle complaints as quickly as possible and, in any event, within a reasonable period of time.
When submitting a complaint, the customer is requested to provide the order number and a clear description of the issue.
12. Personal Data
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Puissance Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
13. Intellectual Property Rights
All texts, photographs, logos, designs, images and other content on the Puissance website are, unless otherwise stated, the property of Puissance or are used with permission.
It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute or use this content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Puissance.
14. Liability
Puissance makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information provided on the website is accurate and up to date. However, Puissance cannot guarantee that the website will always be completely error-free or continuously available.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any statutory rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and the agreements between Puissance and the customer are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the country where the consumer resides.
Any disputes will be dealt with by the competent courts in accordance with the applicable legal rules.
16. Amendments
Puissance reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where necessary.
The version applicable to an order is the version that was in force at the time the order was placed.
