Online purchases
For online purchases, the statutory right of withdrawal applies. As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without having to provide a reason.
This statutory right of withdrawal also applies to items purchased at a discounted price, unless a legal exception applies.
How to return an order
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order at:

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, provided this was clearly communicated to you beforehand.
Items must be handled with care and returned in suitable packaging. You may inspect and try on the items in the same way you would in a store. If an item has been used, damaged or handled beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics and functionality, this may result in a reduction of the refund amount.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the amount due using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
We aim to process refunds within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
In accordance with applicable law, the refund may be postponed until we have received the goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been returned.

An exchange is an additional service offered by Puissance Collection and is separate from your statutory right of withdrawal.
If the replacement item is more expensive, the price difference may be paid in advance. The new item will be shipped once any additional payment has been received.
If the return is the result of an incorrect delivery by Puissance Collection, we will of course cover the necessary return costs.
Purchases made at events
Specific legal rules may apply to purchases made at events, depending on the circumstances under which the sale takes place.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, Puissance Collection will of course respect these legal rights.
Where no statutory right of withdrawal applies, items may be exchanged or returned for a gift voucher, subject to the conditions of Puissance Collection.
